Bed design and fabrication.
A forever bed frame with aluminum corners and wooden beams that can be upgraded over time.

On this page01Overview
A frame built to stay.
I made the corners from aluminum and the beams from inexpensive wood. The idea was to keep the frame while leaving the option to replace the beams with nicer wood later.
Keeping the durable parts. Changing the wood.
The aluminum corners and replaceable wooden members are the basis of my “forever” bed frame. The photographs follow joint studies, fabrication, and assembly.
