HevORT 3D printer.
A 2021–2026 printer build adapting HevORT and VORON designs with custom electronics, cooling, filament handling, and controls.

Adapting HevORT and VORON printer designs.
From 2021 to 2026, I built and developed a 300 × 300 × 330 mm printer using existing HevORT and VORON designs as a starting point.
Making the machine my own.
I designed the electrical system, connections, and wiring, along with custom hotends, cooling, and filament management. I also designed the display and keyboard interaction system.

Motion, probing, and extrusion upgrades.
The motion system uses four NEMA 23 motors for XY and three NEMA 17 steppers with precise ball screws for Z. The bed is flat to within 5 µm across its surface, with a Beacon inductive probe for sub-micrometre accuracy. Accelerometer input shaping and a Goliath (LSD) hotend capable of 90 mm³/s complete the configuration.
